d) Products: Broccoli Floret Cut, Broccoli Rice, Broccoli Stem cut, Broccoli Cut
e) Size (spec.) available: 10-30mm, 20-40mm, 30-50mm, 40-60mm. Of them 30-50mm and 40-50mm is the moste popular one.
f) Glazing: this is to protect its flower buds not to fall off. Normally it is 12-15% glazing, but could process per request.
g) Processing flow chart: Raw material (CCP1) – Cutting – Washing – Blanching (CCP2) – Cooling in normal water – Cooling in ice water – Water Draining – IQF Frozen – Pack the IQF products and store in cold storage – Take semi-finished products from warehouse to packing room, soring and packaing – Sampling inspection – weighting – put into cartons – seal the cartons – Metal detection – store in cold warehouse – loading
h) Packing: from tote bin to retail packs, per order request. Common packaging is bulk 10kg/bag x 1bag/carton
